The sausage is available in two varieties. The smoked sausage is available in mild and spicy. It is cured and smoked so it has a reletavely long shelf life. The "cooking" sausage is packaged and it requires cooking. Please visit our Tips page for cooking suggestions.
Seasononal items include liver sausage which is the more comon one although the blood sausage is also a seasonal favorite. It also requires cooking.Another seasonal item is the Head Cheese also know as "diszno sajt". It is a tradtional Hungarian deli product. It is ready for consumption.Seasonal items are available all year long but shipping restrictions are enforced to ensure food safety. Tibor's Gourmet was founded by Tibor and Aniko Petho under the name of Tibor's European Deli which operated on Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood. For decades Tibor and Aniko supplied the local Hungarian community with the authentic deli products they've become famous for.
